What is this website & How can this system help me?

• The site has two main aims.

  Firstly, you will see listings of available ICI (Industrial / Commercial / Investment) property. Owners/Managers & Agents can list their property for free, on our listing site, which simply means that you are afforded all the options. Other systems only show you "Agent-Listed" properties, whilst others compete showing only "For Sale/Lease By Owner (FSBO)" properties. Our system, by being free to list, encourages a wide-range of properties from multiple sources. We also import listings from other resources such as realtylease.com for even more choice.

  Secondly, we offer the ability to contact an agent if you so wish. We have agents who advertise with us in different ways so contacting an agent in your area should be easy. Some agents are part of our EXCELAGENT Network, for very successful, well established professionals, and others are not - the choice is totally up to you who, if anyone, you wish to contact.

Why do I need it?

• Whether you are researching or actively looking to buy real estate, look at all the options, like agent-listed property, FSBO and property-managed premises - always leave the door open to choice. We believe in looking at all the available market options. Simply put, looking on only one resource is restricting your choice. The more information you have, the better. It's just being prudent in your buying.

  We allow anyone to add a listing to our system, no commitment, no gimmicks, no problems - just the ability to attract attention from people like you, who are looking.

Are you real estate agents?

• No. Commercial Realty Marketing Systems Inc. is a Canadian real estate marketing firm and provider of marketing tools for agents. All your real estate questions and needs can be looked after by agents if you wish. We are here to show you options in the market for property or professionals - a sort of search system.

Will anyone contact me?

• Not unless you request it. Should you click on an ad, you can contact that service. Should you want to contact an EXCELAGENT, fill in the form and a top-rated real estate agent who qualifies for this program will contact you. They will be known in the area in which the property is located and will probably have a national brand. They will be very well qualified with the staff and resources to properly address your needs. Should you contact an EXCELAGENT, our system will ask you for feedback, ensuring our program attracts the best people and maintains the best standards.

Will I get SPAM mail and marketing?

• We do not sell your information nor give it to anyone without your permission. The only time this would happen is if you would like to have an EXCELAGENT contact you, meaning you have authorized us to contact one for you.
